"Der Check-in erfolgt selber via Screen, die Reception ist nicht besetzt, das funktioniert soweit gut. Jedoch war das uns zugewiesene Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt. So haben wir auf die Notfall-Nummer angerufen, da hat uns jemand in Deutsch weitergeholfen und auf ein anderes gereinigtes Zimmer umgebucht. Dies hat ein paar Minuten gedauert, aber schliesslich gut geklappt. Die Zimmer sind neu, gross und modern."

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret.
The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. This neighborhood is walkable although on a hillside, with lots of cute shops and restaurants.

"It's in a quiet residential area. Not too far to highway. About 15 minutes walk to nearest shop or restaurant A good size studio..Pretty complete appliances like fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave.. even a nespresso machine... The little heated swimming pool and hot tub was awesome..Unfortunately the owner/manager speaks French only.. and all informations also only written in French..."

"Hübsche kleine Wohnung im Zentrum von Biel.
In wenigen Gehminuten vom Zentrum, der Altstadt und des Bahnhofs liegt diese modern ausgestattete, kleine Wohnung. Das Gebäude ist zwar etwas älter, aber die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt in der Stadt braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Essmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich vor der Tür oder in 5min Umkreis."
