"The room we had was average. The bathroom was tiny. However, the hotel’s location is excellent. The restaurant was superb for dinner and breakfast. Beautiful hotel grounds. "

"Exceeded our expectations for 2.5 star hotel! Room was spotless and spacious and cleaned daily, air con worked well. We were pleasantly surprised by the self service water, and coffee - we refilled our bottles daily - although small bottles were provided. Also a huge bonus - secure parking! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the pool as the water wasn’t clear, not sure why - perhaps because of recent rainfall. The only watch out is that the roosters outside will wake you up at 3 or 4 am!!! Bring ear plugs. Beds were a bit hard if you don’t like that. Overall, highly recommend at the price and location. Can walk to everywhere and the restaurants near by were of great quality and price."

"Lovely hotel in el centro. Great for the price. Walking distance from the convent, cenote, plaza, shopping. Make sure to eat at el Mercado and watch the light shows at the cathedral and el convento st 9’pm. "

"It is a small, friendly hotel with a small pool. I loved the secret garden and hammocks to relax. It’s good value - a little shabby in places which you would expect for the price. But a very cool roof top area to eat and a cute outdoor restaurant. Food reasonable. It’s a little far to walk in to the town in the heat but you can easily walk to the Convent & Valladolid sign. There’s a convenience store opposite (the right out the front) & a small car park to the back. "
