"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"This place was the perfect location for visiting Como. Easy walk to everything like restaraunts, train and ferry. Julet was super helpful with check in. The apartment was really clean and well maintained. Highly recommend staying here. Would definitely stay there again!"

Being made aware of cars not being able to get near the property or key pick up would have helped in our timing and planning. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms was not that good.
