"Last minute kind of emergency stop over for 1 night, was low on cash and no way to pay for food drinks even food delivery, no where taking Apple Pay etc, Dennis arranged taxi in morning for airport and said would be extra 5 euros for using Apple Pay, anyhow managed to secure taxi much cheaper and asked him to cancel which he was not pleased about but also tried to lower price which I thought a cheeky, no big deal to go without food and drink for a day but a complimentary cup of coffee would have been nice, the lady was lovely though, note to oneself Cash is King "

"Property was ok. Rooms were good. Far too many steps which was not publicised. Made it very difficult to get around. Most staff were lovely. Found food choice a little bit limiting. On the whole good but sadly will not return "

"My wife and I stayed here for our 10-year anniversary trip, and we absolutely loved it! The room was very comfortable, and the view was incredible. We spent a lot of time on our balcony just soaking in the gorgeous views. The Wifi was fantastic, which was very important to me, as I unfortunately had to work every night. The location was really great as well! Lithovatis Beach is a very short walk, with crystal clear water for snorkeling, and we always managed to grab a nice spot. The town of Agia Effimia was also a short walk, with plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. They provided clean beach towels, pool towels, beach umbrellas, and my wife even picked out books to read. The hotel also has a great menu of grocery items, spa items, and souvenirs to purchase. Parking was never an issue, as we always had a spot to park at the hotel. Breakfast was extremely delicious every morning, and we loved the Mnistires restaurant downstairs. We must have gotten room service every day. The pool was also beautiful, and we really enjoyed laying by the pool with a cold drink. We absolutely loved our stay and the next time we are in Kefalonia, this is the only hotel we will stay in :)"

"A delightful stay. We loved all the choices for sun loungers, from around the pool, to seating overlooking the beach and on the beach itself. The breakfast was one of the best and from 7.30 to 11.00, and with unlimited barista coffees both hot and iced, was a great start to the day. The pool was never crowded, and a top infinity pool. The beach is also special, uncrowded and with a sandy bottom you don't need rock shoes. Thanks to the amazing team who work hard to make this a very special place."

"Old box TV, no channels working, a waste of time having it in the room. Furniture in room rundown, no clothes hangers. The bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, needs more seating areas & lounge beds. No restaurant/food, snacks or water available on site, you need to drive to get these. Dinner & Breakfast needs to be pre booked in advance when not purchased in a package. Internet was ok. Heaps of parking available. "

"Beautiful property. Away from the town, yet only 5 minutes away, which made it perfect. It was very clean and the room comfortable. The beds not so soft but it could be dealt with. Not all the staff was very friendly but those that were made up for everyone else. The spa was small but really good. Venia and Eli were great and so attentive to our needs. They do not offer hair services but when I told Vania I had a wedding to attend, she went above and beyond to make sure to do my hair. Overall I would give a 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff that made our stay so great!!!"

"Great Value for a Relaxing Family Stay I stayed here for one week with my three children aged 19, 11 and 8. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel — it’s a small, quiet place which made the atmosphere feel calm and relaxed, perfect for a family break. We were the only British family during our stay, with most guests being Eastern European, which might explain why the food wasn’t quite to our usual taste. That said, the food was sufficient and considering the price we paid, we definitely got good value. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for a family of four — again, no complaints at all for the price. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. The bar staff weren’t as friendly, but the other service staff made up for it. The hotel’s location was also ideal — just across the road from a shop and only a short 5-minute walk to some lovely seafront restaurants and the beach. Local transport was cheap and easy to use, making trips into Zante Town simple. Taxis, however, were on the expensive side, charging around €10–12 for even a short 5-minute journey. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return again."
