Dear customer,First of all we would like to thank you for booking with us to visit valencia and for giving us a rating that allows us to improve,On the one hand we would like to inform you that the cleaning of the flats is done every 3 days of stay, we do not do it daily and when we do the cleaning we are careful not to touch the personal belongings of customers, which is why we did not change the sheets of the bed, so for future occasions we recommend you to set aside these objects so that we can perform the aforementioned deep cleaning,On the other hand we want to inform you that after the complaint of hot water we checked the thermos of the flat and it was all correct, so in future visits, we inform you that only by waiting 10 minutes the thermos is filled with hot water and can be used again, in addition, we leave the windows unlocked for your own safety as we have had cases of customers who have been locked outside, we also have the option to block them so in future occasions please tell reception and we will send the technical service so you can do it.Finally, we would like to inform you that we are sorry to note that the cleanliness of the city of Valencia was not to your liking but that is beyond our control.We hope to be able to serve you again and improve the rating you have given us.Best regards
