Good - - amazing location - staff are wonderful. Elizabeth in the restaurant is so friendly and amazing. - mini fridge - safe - shower with good pressure and available hot water Not so good - - The hotel is above a restaurant and LOUD noise carries thru the hotel including when dragging of tables and chairs. - next door is renovating - so at 8am the construction starts with hammering and loud noise. - noise is an issue for that hotel

Location location location

The hotel is in a perfect location for a trip to the old town , we stayed in the junior suite which was perfect for 3 of us , very quiet and with the added bonus of our own terrace , we loved it and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel

Hotel El Siglo was amazing - it is in the perfect location right by a beautiful church and in a bustling town square. The beach is a 20 min drive away but we didnā€™t mind, as we only did one beach day during our trip. It had great AC, a beautiful balcony, and a lovely bath and shower.

Cannot beat the location. This hotel is an excellent reuse of the building. Seemed like the restaurant has been there for a while. Our room was rather recently redone.

Great Little Place to Stay

Central and beautiful views from the balcony. Transport a short walk away. Breakfast was amazing and staff really friendly. Lovely little boutique hotel.

Great room in a super location. I don't think a better location is even possible. Bed was comfortable. Our room had the hydromassage as well as a separate good shower. Only thing was the toilet is for some reason positioned super low.

The view from our room looking out over the river valley was one of the best views on our trip. Itā€™s high up on the road so you see about as much as you can. Everyone was very nice. The taxi we called waited for us a few minutes early to side the building and got us to the train. The number 1 and 2 bus gets you up to plaza mayor and beyond, respectively. Cuenca is absolutely charming and this place made it a wonderful place to be.

Convenient location, good food, nice room.

Super convenient location, but perhaps also a little too close to the swamped tourist areas. Room was small but comfortable, good air conditioning and soundproof windows. Bit of a drain smell unfortunately. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good good and drink in the restaurant.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we were in had modern fixtures and finishes, but was too small for two people to move easily around the large bed. Location is convenient for walking to restaurants, shops, and tourist sites. The street entry is through the restaurant dining room which was a little confusing when we were first looking for the hotel.

Perfect location in the old town. Easy walking distance to places. Hotel was lovely and had everything that you would need in it. Rooms are a but small but that doesn't really matter as not there most of the time. Lovely friendly staff. Noisy at night but it is usually quiet after midnight. Really wnjoyed my stay here

Emilia at reception was very very helpful and friendly. Check in easy. Balcony with view. Kettle to make tea & coffee. Bar fridge. Great location. Convenient restaurant on ground floor.The hot tub / whirlpool is a waste of space.

This hotel is small- elevator, room, all of it. But itā€™s a gorgeous location. The Cathedral is in the plaza right by the hotel and we opened our balcony doors and let in the fresh air and breeze and listened to people downstairs at the restaurant and the musicians playing on the street. So cool

I stayed midweek at the hotel for 2 nights as a solo traveller. Despite the super central location, I didn't have any noise issues except for the restaurant closing downstairs, which was only for around 5-10 minutes. The double interior room was perfectly clean; there are a couple of things that maybe take away from the overall finish, such as the shower (the door leaked, and I struggled to get the overhead shower to stay on) but all things that are perfectly manageable. Service was efficient at check-in/out. Overall, for the location and price, I was happy with my stay.
