"The hotel was very well presented and clean. We had a quad room which had enough space for all and 4 proper beds which were very comfortable. The only thing that would have improved the room would be more surfaces to put things, there were only 2 tiny bedside tables for 4 people. Breakfast was excellent quality and good choice of cooked to order eggs, bacon etc on toast as well as fresh avocado and tomato and continental choices."

"We had a great stay in Valencia. Antony and Margie gave brilliant couples massage experience that felt very professional and relaxing. Ana Maria, Rosa, and Veronica were incredibly helpful, no request was too small and they really looked after us. I previously stayed at the same hotel in Madrid, which is why I booked again, and I’m so glad I did. The rooms were very clean and we were really happy with our room type. Room service was quick (the burger was great!), and we also had a lovely steak dinner in the restaurant upstairs. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the little touches like sweets around the hotel were a nice surprise. I felt very well looked after and would definitely stay again. Thank you to everyone!"

"This hotel definitely did not live up to the positive reviews. The shower took more than five minutes to get warm, anytime we ran the sink, shower, or toilet there was a loud noise. We could also hear people going into the luggage lockers each morning. We asked to switch rooms and were told we already had the largest/quietest room…"
