Mooie, schone kamer en fijne badkamer met voldoende royale handdoeken. Aardig en attent personeel. Heerlijk en voldoende gevarieerd ontbijt. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Het personeel is zo aardig geweest ervoor te zorgen dat de door ons vergeten elektrische tandenborstel is nagezonden naar ons thuisadres.

Ужасно! Никогда не останавливайтесь в этом месте!

Приехали, а отель оказался закрытым, когда позвонили на указанный номер, нам ответили что нас не дождались и уехали и нас не зарегистрируют! Нам даже не позвонили, мой номер указан и другие отели спокойно дозваниваются, не спросили когда мы приедем и не предупредили, что нас не будут ждать. Сказали что писали на почту, но мы были в пути и у нас не было интернета. Много где был, но такого кошмарного отношения к клиентам нигде не встречал! В итоге после 500 км в пути, мы остались в субботу вечером без отеля!!!! Ужасно, никому не советую этот отель, если хотите чтобы Ваши выходные прошли хорошо и без лишних нервов!!! Женщина по телефону была резка и неприветлива.

Nice hotel in a beautiful village

The spanish guy and the owner are really-really nice! Cool, quiet town with super gelato, better than the touristic hotels at the lake. I mean stay in this place and visit the lake or Verona from here
