Beautiful hotel, great accommodations, room with an amazing view of Bucegi mountains, friendly staff, delicious restaurants on site, lobby bar very nice, pool and spa were great....we had an amazing stay and will return for sure!

Expensive for what it was. Took the host 2.5 hours to help us. The shower was broken. Very minimal appliances in the kitchen. However, the view was beautiful and a nice location

Everything went well, but the cleaning cost seems a bit high and at no point during the booking process I was aware of it. It came as a surprise after booking was confirmed. I felt that this is a bit dishonest and just a money grab!
