Great place to spend a night,we had a room that had a view of Mont Blanc.Staff were exceptionally friendly and I felt they were genuine and they were pleased that we had booked their hotel,was very impressed with the lady that greeted us on arrival and she showed us our room,she made us feel very welcomed and made us feel that we were very important.

On my 17th attempt calling to add parking to my booking, the lady told me I have indoor parking and it will be €65 to pay tomorrow. When I arrived to check in they were rude and told me that I have outdoor parking and it is €95. They completely denied anything they said on the phone.
The room is fine other than the easyJet style furnishings. Also some of the beds were not made, you had to put the duvet cover on yourself, hostel style. So odd.
Other than that, it’s close to the gondola. It’s fine if you aren’t planning to spend much time there.

Perfectly located in the city centre (although that made it a little loud at times, with locals singing in the bar outside, and youths racing motor bikes down the Rue Buffardel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Sadly, the pool was out of order. Nice hotel for a three-day stay.

Great renovations!
Arrived very late, just before they were closing, to collect my key and get into the room! The front desk was still there and as pleasant as could be, despite my tardy arrival! The next day, a different person at the front desk and was just as helpful with information as to where to purchase items. ...
