Beautiful Hotel - Great few days away with teenage

We loved this hotel, the view took our breath away each time we stepped onto the balcony. The rooms and resort and well manicured, you can see that the owners have an eye for detail. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the restaurant take pride in their work and are attentive.

What a view !

A fabulous hotel. The view was spectacular and staff & service excellent. Delicious breakfasts and great pool. We had a lovely 4 days there and would definitely stay with them again.

Amazing spot, great view and pool. Room are clean with an amazing view too. 20min from.trapani town and other sites around Only remarks, a shame that the spa access isnt included in the room.

Nice hotel, lovely staff on reception. Nowhere is walkable from here, though Erice, Trapani a short drive. Great views in see view rooms. No real bar as such just a few hard seats in the restaurant no comfy seats.

The building is a little dated, but fairly priced. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work. The staff have been incredibly nice and helpful and the view is absolutely astonishing. Very close to Erice and very romantic. I got my shellac removed but my nails started to break the day after because they have been filed to deeply and without the use of single use disinfected tools. The hotel stay has been overall positive.

Very nice hotel with the most amazing views of Trapani and the surrounding area, however a bit far out from anything - you need a car. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and very spacious with balconies with the most amazing view. Its location is a bit far out from most things so be aware that you will need a car, 20 minutes drive to Trapani and 15 minutes drive to Erice. Spa treatments are very affordable, and the prices at the bar are not too bad. The breakfast was really good (although I was focused on eating Italian style breakfast rather than any sort of international food). I would definitely recommend this hotel. Be warned and check before you go, they close the road to Erice once a year for a motor race which lasts a week. During this time the roads will be chaotic and you will have the noise of racing cars. Unless you love motor sports avoid this time! The race is called Cronoscalata Monte Erice

Beautiful resort. Food was great, breakfast buffet options were lovely. Everyone helpful and friendly. Superb view and wonderful location. Steer clear of the spa; not worth it at all. Don’t worry about the sensory massage…and the spa wellness route is totally underrated. Enjoy the pool, pool bar and beaches. Recommend to hire a car. Loved out stay: thank you

AWFUL MUST AVOID

This place is absolutely terrible and I do not understand any positive review. If you care about cleaniness you should look elsewhere. We first were given a room with a terrible smell. No problem we change room. Second room we discover when we are ready to go to sleep sperm stains on the sheets. Call reception they come to change sheets. No problem. We then discover bed bugs!!!!! Completely unaceptable. We had to leave the hotel at 11pm no refund nothing no help from management nothing. Staff not helpful at all and you have to ask for a « sorry » this is crazy.

Don’t waste your time in this hotel

I booked for 3 nights, the personal service was good and the views was amazing but the amenities at hotel was very disappointing for a 4 stars hotel wellness and spa ! First, they charge me 15€ for a birthday decoration which they put only 2 balloons and wrote by them happy birthday and the room smell humidity, the vmc got dust fall on the bed and all the amenities was extra charges which they haven’t mention when you book ! 40€ per person per day for an amount of time! Second we booked for a massage for two peoples, the massage was good but it wasn’t relaxing at all due we can heard everyone passing around. The breakfast was ridiculous, scramble eggs was cold. I could books something less expensive and better for this price in the city. Very disappointed for a birthday trip which also they wasn’t discreet.
