Rooms are serviced every day. Our apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. We chose to walk to and from the lake and although steep in parts, it is totally doable. "Wonderful place way off the beaten track, run by a very friendly, helpful and forthcoming couple. The house and its decoration is old and rustique but that does NOT mean it's poorly maintained, it's just old. Best breakfast ever, with a stunning view over lake Como. Driving up there is not for the fainthearted, and parking can be tricky if you're driving anything bigger than a Fiat 500, but - again! - the helpful hosts will solve that for you."
