"The staff at the Stelvio Hotel was very helpful. They made dinner reservations for us and since we had an early train, they let us eat a little earlier that they typically served breakfast. The breakfast itself was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the email giving us directions to the hotel was wrong. We ended up walking farther than we should have. However, when we let the staff know, they made sure to contact Expedia and ask them to correct the address. This was not the hotel's fault and did not detract from our overall experience there."

"This is a clean place to sleep, stow your luggage, shower and use the toilet. The room is not designed to hangout in unless you just want to sleep. Location is good and safe with plenty of restaurants very nearby. Communication was fast. There is a black-out security shade on the outside of the window so the room gets really dark. Street noise is loud but goes away when the windows are shut. I’d stay here again."

"Great locatiok in a beautiful town. Staff were very friendly 10/10. The only let down is room did not have an AC. We assumed it would have deapite on the description it not clearlg mentioning it was available. Cannot imagine staying in summer with the heat :/ otherwise all was great "
