"We booked a 4 bed room with complimentary breakfast.They denied breakfast for our driver, so we arranged the same from some near by hotel. This was very much insulting to us. "

"Food Quality has been definitely increased. Typically, i don't dine here during my stay. This time - due to extreme heat conditions - tried the food here and it has been improved a lot. I enjoyed the cardamom tea ( evening preparation was too good compared to the morning one) and pallipalayam cauliflower."

"Shambala is a quiet plantation stay a few kilometers away from Yercaud Lake and the other busy tourist areas. The manager, Mr. Ravi, front desk manager, Jayaram, Chef Sundar and the restaurant and maintenance staff all personally attend to you and offer really great service. The place is clean and well maintained, and there is wifi even inside the rooms."

"Housecleaning needs to step up a notch. They did not clean used glasses properly."

"Great view and a good place to switch off and hide out completely to refresh yourself. I would definitely recommend the resort to my family and friends. Pool is awesome too and all rooms have got extraordinary view too .."
