"Our second stay at the hotel, in the room right next door to where we were last time. Only slight changes gave hotel a bit different feel. Staff seemed a bit more cohesive and attentive last visit and breakfast seemed more generous last time. And though we are successfully dieting and without our dog, the room seemed a bit smaller. Still a nice place that beats the most prices in St. Moritz."

From the moment you step through the doors, you are wrapped in a warmth that feels more like visiting a beloved relative than staying at a hotel. The interior is wonderfully "quaint" in the best sense of the word, cozy nooks, classic Alpine decor.However, the real showstopper is the view. Waking up to the panoramic vista of the shimmering lake against the backdrop of the snow-capped peaks is nothing short of magical. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee gazing out your window, the scenery is utterly unforgettable. Location-wise, you simply cannot beat it. The hotel is perfectly positioned just a stone's throw from the heart of the village, making it incredibly convenient to pop out to the boutiques and charming restaurants. Despite being so central, we always felt completely safe and secure, enjoying peaceful strolls even in the evening. The staff are the true soul of this hotel. They are genuinely friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to ensure you feel at home, offering great local tips with a smile. And after a long day of exploring, sinking into the comfortable, plush bedding was amazing and just what we needed. We will be back! Thank you."

"The hotel was clean, modern and very close to the train station (5-10 minute walk). The receptionists were super helpful and although the hotel doesn't do evening meals, they were able to recommend a lovely restaurant close by, at which we ate. The breakfast buffet which was included in the price had a good variety; we are vegetarian so we had eggs, cereals, yoghurts, breads and pastries to choose from, but there were also some hot meats for non-veggies. Overall, we felt it was good value for money and would happily stay there again if in the area- rated 9/10"

"What a wonderful surprise! Friendly greeting and helpful at every turn. Room was roomy, clean, and well appointed. Beds and pillows were best of our Switzerland trip. Had two great meals - hamburgers in the rooftop bar at sunset; and breakfast. Drove us back to the train station. Wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!"
