"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "First time to Bergen and this was a prime location for everything! Beautiful scenery from my room, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Room was very clean but also a little too warm. Thank god the windows opened a little for a breeze. Would definitely stay here again! One suggestion would be to make breakfast free like all other hotels I stayed at in Norway."

"The hotel is perfectly placed, and just a short stroll from the historic Bryggen Wharf, and nearby shops and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with so much to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was available at the hotel although came at a cost. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Bergen."

"The room was basically good and the hotel is in a great location. On our arrival we found two problems - first, the sliding door to the bathroom was off its rails and stuck open. We had to wait till the following day for it to be fixed. The whole door arrangement cheapened the look of what was otherwise a comfortable room. The second problem was the shower faucet. It was a fairly standard that you had to switch the water from the bath faucet to shower head. Problem was that it didn’t work, without of the water going down the bath and limited water to the shower. It was not fixed during our stay. A related problem was that the shower head screen didn’t seal against the bath, so there was always water on the floor after a shower. We didn’t report this problem."
