Very central location and extremely warm staff.
Older facility with no elevator and no on-site parking (which is why I booked this place) - but I was directed to free on-street parking that worked out in the end.

Double deluxe room is not as per pictures - there’s 3 in the property that accurately reflect, all others have a closed off traditional balcony. Staff not solution oriented, smoking at front door, sleeping on chair in reception. Property is not well kept, cats roaming around, carpets frayed, walls marked and damaged. Black out curtains, not really..!
The major plus is the breakfast - fresh, varied and tasty and generally can’t fault it at all

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
The hotel is exceptionally clean, with stunning views and a perfect location in the heart of Old Tbilisi, close to the famous sulfur baths. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. The cocktails served on the 7th-floor terrace were amazing, and the food was outstanding. Every evening, we enjoyed the breathtaking views and wonderful atmosphere from the terrace.
A very special touch was the warm welcome we received at check-in. We were gifted traditional Georgian sweets and a bottle of Georgian wine, something we have never experienced at any other hotel. It made us feel truly welcomed and added a unique local touch to our stay.
The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

"This property is not “Pullman” five-star level. It’s a beautiful building…but you are going to have to follow up at least once every step of the way. That includes basic items like room service or daily housekeeping. We regret staying there especially given the high price tag. Plenty of alternatives ..."

"The hotel is conveniently located than one of the nicest parts of the city. The rooms are what you would expect from the Hilton Garden hotel anywhere in the world and is well maintained and easy to navigate. Breakfast was sufficient and plentiful and the staff was always helpful."
