Front office standards have dropped significantly and I can say that because I have been staying at Sayaji near Bimanith bridge for the past 6 years consequently and at times twice a year, the service level when it first opened was exceptional unmatched and second to none wow everyone delivered exceptional exceptional service at the front desk but one bad Apple spoiled the whole overall experience. Hallways too noisy for me
The room was large, but very hot when we got in. There were no towels in my room so I had to call down after my shower, which was annoying. Overall it was comfortable enough for a night stay, but the hallways were very echoey - you could hear everyone walking, talking and slamming their doors. Because of the noise factor I’m not sure I’d stay again.
