"There were no carts available to take our luggage to the room. We had to make two trips to get everything up there. The staff said someone took them to their room and didn't return them. The A/C didn't keep the room cool. I would say it was because the bed was too close to the unit. "

"Very nice, well taken care of. Comfortable bed abd spacious room, shower was large and had a great shower head. Had a great choice of breakfast foofs to choose from. Will use Comfort Inn & Suites again."

"Just a basic hotel. No breakfast provided. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but it was not available at 7:15. We went to Dunkin Donuts for coffee. The bathroom had only 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels. We only stayed at this hotel because most hotels were booked out or the prices for a room was totally out of site due to the George Strait concert at Clemson University. We drove up from Florida for a family funeral. Only thing positive was the hotel was clean. We will not be staying at this hotel for any future trips."

"It was a great space and clean for our weekend getaway. We had a wedding in SC. The hotel is also not far from shops."

"While the property is not recently updated, it is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The gym was very nice as well. If you are doing business anywhere in Spartanburg, you can’t beat this location."

"The property was in the process of renovation so the exterior was a bit out of sorts. The staff was great, though. Offered me one of the newly completed renovated deluxe rooms at no extra charge and I was very impressed at the amazing quality of the room. "
