"Some staff were friendly like the concierge breakfast on the 6th floor. Valet drive your car like it’s their personal buckets l, executive suite is just a large outdated dump ! Ac doesn’t work in entire room, main tv didn’t connect to internet and the guide for the cable channels is nit updated. Tile in the shower is uneven so it ends up hurting your feet to stand in the shower. The toilet seems like an Amazon special or from temu. There is a skylight in the bathroom which looks cool but it’s filthy inside and out and brings in a crazy amount of noise. Overall 2 star experience "

"As a guest paying for parking that has a long truck that I had to go around which made inconvenient. Another thing as the room do have coffee machine but come with no water in the room which makes guest go out of the way to get water. When asking for water you have be Hilton reward member and if your not you will not get any . The person handing out water not nice. As well for everyone to be aware to check the iron since during my stay the iron ruin a whole outfit that I needed for my work conference the next day. I still have not gotten any contact from management regarding fixing this situation and Hilton itself is not willing to give reinvestment for the value of the clothes that it ruined . Which is upsetting as a loyal Hilton member."

"This was not a clean or quiet hotel. There were people sitting outside their rooms smoking marijuana and playing loud music, both of which flowed into our room. But the worst part was finding bedbugs in our bed. So just as we were hoping to go to sleep, we instead had to pack everything up and find another hotel. The management offered to spray the bed and give us clean sheets, or another room, both of which we declined. We asked for and received our money back."

"Property is being remolded which I wasn’t aware of. Room was very outdated and the black out drapes are old and not black out drapes. There’s a huge gap on the side of the drapes that someone can clearly see through the window from the outside. The only way to close the gap is tape the drapes to the wall or close the drapes into the door. "
