"I stayed at four hotels during my trip, and this one ruined my experience. Despite paying through Expedia, the hotel receptionist charged me again on-site, and I never got my money back. The food options were very limited, which was especially inconvenient given the remote mountain location. Additionally, everything had to be paid for in cash and the bathroom smelled absolutely terrible."

"Otelin sahibi araptı ve çok kabaydı çalışanlar çok iyi yardım sever ama otel sahibi için aynı şeyi söyleyemicem. Aracımızı otelin önüne park etmek istedik meğerse girişi kapatmışız ama bunu bize söylerken öyle kaba ve sert söylediki. Otelde hiç bir imkan ve konfor yok sadece yatacak yatak var ona göre gidin pardon iki su ve birde su ısıtıcı vardı.. birde şunu belirtmek istiyorum arap müşterilerle ilgilenirken bize ne kadar sert davrandı ise onlara tam tersi aşırı ilgiliydi. "I stayed at Uzungöl Bikka Pansiyon, with my wife and 8 years old daughter, for 2 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nice and clean and it had everything we needed, including a washing machine, fridge/freezer and a small gas cooker. It offers a breathtaking view form its balcony. Out hosts, Aziz, was very friendly and helpful. He managed to find us fresh milk from the village in the evening.
