"The manager of the restaurant was a cool guy. I wanted something to eat, it was quite late, and he accommodated me nicely. I remember I had a Wiener schnitzel thing with potatoes, salad and a beer. Most satisfying. I appreciated his service and tipped him for going out of his way. It was cold in the room, and the staff said it was impossible to switch off the air conditioner. I asked how this could be, and the receptionist simply said there was nothing she could do. It was supposedly like that...
