Beautiful property well situated to lots of attractions (pyramids, planetarium, eco-park/museum) but the restaurant staff ranges from mostly disinterested to somewhat dishonest (pretty obviously did not bring back correct change, helping herself to a very nice tip) and as other travelers have noted ...

Nice pool and very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are poorly maintained, our bathroom was every day out of service and needed to be reported to staff constantly. Lot of mosquitos in the room.
