"Not as clean as expected. Billing experience was terrible. They admitted inaccurate charges and returned 11K in cash, but that took a lot of waiting. Not only one, all three rooms were charged extra knowingly, seems like a regualar practice. "

"The accommodation was clean and basic. Air conditioner was provided. Tea and coffee was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was located within a five minute walk. It was in a good location, with stalls and taxis. In the advert the accomadation cottage/ hut looked as though the pool was just outside it. The accommodation was separated from the pool location where you had to cross the road to another building with the pool. The pool water was not clean. Outside the pool area...

"Very strong and consistent internet. Bindu along with the rest of the front desk staff and Alsam along with other staff were all exceptionally attentive and very helpful. We enjoy the nicest strong and hot showers and the variety of cuisines available for meals and the extended hours for the restaurant . Thank you very much for a wonderful day "
