amazing, room is pretty spacious for a single traveller. excellent location, super convenient. breakfast is free, clean dining area and fair quality of food, nice variety of food to choose from. wish i could have stayed longer

The hotel is located at the west exit of Utsunomiya main station. The room.was clean and the staffs were very friendly. Free breakfast was fine!

壁が薄いようで隣室の会話がまともに聞き取れるレベルで驚いたが、予約時に喫煙可の部屋しかなくコメント欄に「もし当日禁煙の部屋に空きがあればそちらに変えて欲しい」旨を記載していたらタバコ臭のない部屋だったのでとても有り難く助かりました。また朝食の女性スタッフも朝早くからテキパキと気働きして気分良く過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

全体的に良かったですが、朝食時の場所取りが大変でした。ロビーとなっている為、チェックアウトで仲間と待ち合わせで荷物が溢れ、座席を使っているので、食事を取り終えても立って待っていたので大変でした。

急遽、宇都宮に泊まる事になり、駅近くを検索していたら当ホテルが目にとまり、宿泊させて頂きました。フロントの方が丁寧に説明してくださり、とても楽しい旅となりました。

駅近で便利です。

スタッフは皆よかったです。朝食が残念な事がありました。平日と土曜日は特に遅く行けば行くほど、品数が少ないです。ほぼなくなります。日曜日の朝食はおかずが無くなっていなかったので、とても美味しくいただきました。

10階以上だったので、往来する車の音も気にならずに眠れました。フロントの方の対応も普通で良かったです。ただ、時間内に朝食会場へ行きましたが(8:30)、パンを取ろうとしたら、スタッフの方声かけなく割り込んできて、2台のうち1台のトースターを片付け始めました。もう1台あるし、早めに片付け始めたかったのかと思いますが、その方の対応だけが残念でした。一言言えばいいのにと思いました。

部屋はジュータンが綺麗に掃除されており、とても快適でした。フロント日本人スタッフに笑顔がなく残念。またエレベーター内にセキュリティも完備されておらず、外部から来た者、誰でもがエレベーターに乗れるタイプでした。
