Everything was wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. The view is beautiful from our room. We liked the craft beer they sell at the reception office. My only complaint is Min Americans have tattoos. We would like to use the spa service without being embarrassed by the warning, and without prejudice. Clearly tattoos are not associated with criminal behavior in most countries. Thank you so much.

Bad attitude at the reception

We arrived around 11am and we know the check in time is 3pm. We want to keep our luggage in the hotel first but the Japanese lady was very rude and told us we can’t check in. We told her we want to drop our luggage first but she sounds not very welcome.

立地は駅近でコンビニ、薬局、喫茶店が揃い風呂の展望も良く5。部屋は内装が綺麗だが、廊下の騒音が響くほか、トイレットペーパーが使い難い位置にあり一流には程遠く3。朝食ビュッフェは、空いている品物があっても、列が一列しかない最後尾に行かなければならず渋滞し、おかずを盛る時にトレイを乗せるスペースもほぼなく1。総合は3と普通評価にしました。
