Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience "

"great place for 2 or 3 nights, the wifi was excellent, only setback is that you can hear the people in the tent next door.The trail to the hotel is very rough and not an easy ride.The employees at the resort are very helpful and my favorites were Dilip and Manoj. Dilip will take great photos early morning in the trail.Manas will help you 24 hours if you need it. hiker shoes are very important."

"Lovely, service-oriented 5 star up high in the mountains. Excellent stay if you want to relax and enjoy nature. Also close to tea estates, so lots to explore. Only downside is it can get quite foggy that high, so the beautiful views can be obscured for large parts of the day."
