"Nice location for hiking. Hotel is out dated and under staffed. Restaurant had a beautiful view of Lake Powell. Food was OK and staff was pleasant but clearly needs more help."

"An older motel property redecorated with 50’s style art, colors, tile- keeping the theme throughout the property both inside and out. Cute and comfortable with friendly help at check in and when we had questions about the tv. Breakfast is set in diner type room with outdoor seating available. Game room had various fun choices for entertainment. Huge chess board on lawn. Laundry available."

"We liked everything. The room was large and very comfortable. The bed was excellent. We had a good night's sleep. Even the Hotel breakfast was better than others we've had in the past. Would definitely stay there again."

"The Quality Inn in Cortez is a decent hotel, but definitely older. They've done as good a job as they can with keeping it semi-updated, clean, etc. but if you're looking for a newer more modern place to stay... this is probably not the best choice. With that being said, it is arguably a great value for the money. They seem to have the lowest rates in Cortez for a name brand hotel, the staff is great, and the breakfast is always good and well maintained."
