Hursey Resort was a very pleasant stay for us. It is just outside Soroti (about 5km) on the edge of town with views of the surrounding area. The hotel is in secure compound with large garden grounds. Kumi
Kumi is in a poorer part of Uganda and the hotel reflects that. It tries hard and was much improved from my last visit. Hot water consistently and lovely staff.
