Rooms are clean, updated and comfortable. Restaurant is a jewel. Food quality and presentation were excellent, creative, unique and fun. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, relatively new tourist hotel on a quiet street just off the main pedestrian drag about five minutes from port. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The main selling point though is an excellent gourmet restaurant downstairs, serving not cheap but sophisticated and personalized meals. Well worth a try. Sometimes reservations are necessary. Absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet served in the same place.

Clean, comfortable hotel, outstanding value
Nice tidy hotel, polite and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing, such a range of items. Room had everything I needed, they even added a suitcase rack and tidied my shoes after my room had been serviced on the first day.

We are the first people to write a review of this hotel for hotels.com, and so we were a bit worried about staying here. However, we have absolutely no regrets. The woman at reception was remarkably friendly, and after we had unpacked in our room she surprised us at the door with a lovely fresh fruit plate that she had wrapped with ribbon. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the bread was still hot from being baked that morning, and the selection of cereals, meats, cheeses, and fruit was so plentiful we could not sample it all. While we enjoyed the breakfast buffet a staff member was sure to ask us if everything was satisfactory and whether he could do anythig for us. The hotel is walking distance to everything, but a little hard to find at first by car as it is tucked in behind a museum so we missed the sign at first, and our GPS was confused. We highly recommend Rejs!

Ein tolles Früchstück, nur 5 Minuten bis Strand und 2 Minuten bis zum Hafen. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag sauber und die Handtücher sind jeden Tag gewechselt worden, obwohl von uns nicht mal gewünscht. Ganz freundlicher Service im ganzen Hotel. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle noch mal hier her. Dies sagt doch schon sehr viel über unsere Zufriedenheit aus.

Sauberes Hotel in Strand Nähe
Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber, Frühstück sehr gut, Lage in Strand Nähe. Bei Check in war Personal nicht sehr freundlich., man bekam keine Infos wo sich was im Hotel befindet und wann z b Zeiten für Frühstück sind. Uns wurde einfach Schlüssel Karte und zettel mit WLAN Code in die Hand gedrückt ohne ein Wort. Allgemein war Flair im Hotel eigenartig.

Keine Doku über das Hotel auf den Zimmern sowie in der Lobby. Keine Infos über die Hotelküche. Es gibt hier nur einen kleinen alten Aushang auf polnisch am Hoteleingang. Der Empfang sowie der allgemeine Umgang ist nicht besonders freundlich.

Jestem już trzeci raz i z pełną świadomością polecam hotel!Świetna lokalizacja, blisko morza na starówce, zadbany gustownie urządzony.Ale hitem jest kuchnia pyszne śniadania i świetna orginalna restauracja dla smakoszy-nie jest tanio ale warto.Miły troskliwy personel i Właściciel starają sie o dobrą obsługe-to brzmi troche jak laurka ale to fakt.Polecam pobyt smakoszom .

Hotel versteckt mit geringem Abstand zur Mole und
Das Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes war leider nicht so gut! Ich kannte das Hotel und war deshalb schon zum zweiten Mal dort! Am Strand kann man ausgedehnte Spaziergänge unternehmen! Die Natur ist noch verhältnismäßig ursprünglich! Zumindest außerhalb der Saison ist auch die Zahl der Besucher und Reisenden übersichtlich. Ustka profitiert von der Regionalförderung (EU) und macht sichtbar Fortschritte. Weitere Maßnahmen sind geplant und werden umgesetzt! Ein Besuch des Bunkers lohnt sich während des Aufenthaltes!
