Fine hotel. However, the check in was inconvenient as you need to check in 5-6 blocks away (at another hotel) and then walk to the actual hotel where no employees are. This can be tough as it is uphill and especially if you have a lot of luggage to haul.

I had to go to a different place to get my key. The sheets and towels were all stained. And I heard screaming kids, barking dogs and smelt smoke all night.

It was a hot room too much heat It was not convenient to take taxi to one place to check in then get another taxi to take to the apartment We have done this many times at other places and never had to have this extra hassle

Realmente más o menos, muchos detalles que provocaban mucha incomodidad, por ejemplo, el ascensor de 4 días solo funcionó 1, se inundó el baño, no hay percheros en el baño ni algún elemento en la ducha para el jabón, shampoo y demás. No hay secador de pelo, muy necesario por el clima. Había 2 perchas solamente y una estaba rota, faltaba algún velador. No funcionaba la televisión. Una pena xq el lugar es muy lindo.

Excellent location, far from the mudding crowd. Because it is actually an extension from a more centric hotel, it does not have staff, except to clean after guests leave. It's like renting an apartment and you have to keep it clean during your stay. It has a great kitchenette with a microwave and a small fridge that are perfect to place your beverages and fruits, that you can buy in the fruit market just a few steps away. The bathroom is OK but has little counter space for your things.

Por el precio que cuesta es una excelente opción!

El departamento es excelente por el precio que se pagá, excelente ubicación, confortable, todo tipos de negocios cerca, higiene inmaculada. El trató con los empleados administrativos del lugar es excelente, te tratan con mucho respeto e intentan solucionar todas tus preocupaciones o problemas. Únicos puntos negativos (por marcar algo) 1ro_ El departamento no posee ningún mueble o perchero para guardar o colgar ropa. 2do_ Lo que vendría ser la "cocina" no tiene ningún tipo de anafe ni microondas, solamente pava eléctrica. 3ro_ El aire acondicionado solo funciona en calor, si lo colocas en frío "sale calor". Esto es un problema si vas en verano y hace calor, porque lo único que refrigera la habitación es abrir la ventana (enterando ruidos de la calle). Pero más allá de estos puntos negativos el lugar es E X C E L E N T E.

Cómodo pero no tanto

Me tocó el tercer piso con vista a la montaña. La ubicación cercana al centro, aunque en subida (eso es algo que en Ushuaia cuesta obviar). La construcción es nueva y muy moderna, con ascensor y sensores de luz en los pasillos. Cama cómoda, una mesa amplia y dos sillas. La limpieza hay que pagarla aparte o arreglarse uno mismo. La kitchenette tiene lo básico: pava eléctrica y un hornito, lo que limita un poco a la hora de cocinarse algo. El detergente no era detergente, sino agua; tuve que agregarle un poco de shampoo para poder lavar. La ventana es muy amplia, pero es baja y no tiene protección; no se puede ir con niños. El gran problema es que no sólo no hay placard o un estante, si no ni siquiera una percha, ni en la habitación ni en el baño. En la ducha tampoco hay dónde apoyar el jabón y el shampoo, todo va al piso, incluso las toallas. Eso resulta muy incómodo. Son detalles de terminación altamente necesarios..

El lugar es recomendable, salvo que a la llegada no había un aseo prolijo debido a que las sabanas no se habían cambiado y estaban sucias, al dia sgte. fue subsanado. Habiamos solicitado papel higienico el cual no fue entregado.

Das Zimmer ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Da alles eher in weiß gehalten ist sieht man jeden Fleck. Was aber wirklich den Tatsachen entspricht und auch tlw. von anderen Reisenden negativ bewertet wurde ist das Thema Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer ist oberflaechlich und ohne Sorgfalt gereinigt. In den Ecken der Boeden, Dusche an drn Kuechenschraenken muesste dringend sauber gemacht werden. Gereinigt wurde erst am 4. Tag nachdem ich zur Rezeption gegangen bin. Dort wurde erst einmal festgedtellt, dass bei Hotels. com von tgl. Reinigung gesprochen wurde. Die Bettwaedche war zu Beginn auf keinen Fall frisch!

Nos alojaron en otro lugar ya que el reservado no estaba disponible por alguna rotura,según lo comentado cuando fuimos a registrarnos y retirar la llave. Nos dieron lugar en una habitación con baño privado...no dpto. El inodoro pegado a la ducha...no sé podía moverse.Lugar muy ruidoso. Lo único positivo es que para compensar nos ofrecieron una desayuno..que no estaba incluido...en otro lugar a posos metros del alojamiento.

Un lugar aceptable, se nota que es nuevo, le haria falta por ahi una heladera para conservar la comida y un anafe o pequeña cocina, tiene muy buena vista y esta cerca de todo

Check in was at a different location, which we had not been told about but fortunately the taxi driver knew. In an apartment we expected some sort of cooking facility and/or fridge. Neither were provided,all we had was a kettle and sink plus a couple of plates.
