Location is convenient, though a little uphill from the main parts of town. Staff were helpful when we needed to get out luggage down to the waterfront. Close by: main museum, grocery store, some eateries. Apartment very spacious with all the relevant appliances. Big windows provide views of the town and Beagle Channel (and the cat that lives next door!).

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Property was very clean and very useful amenities. Breakfast to the room was a really nice touch.

Lovely hotel. Super friendly team. Amazing location and great attention to details

Beautiful property. It is a shame that staff at the restaurant in the evenings is unwelcoming. We arrived late on our first night, and wanted something for dinner. The lady at the bar/restaurant was super dismissive, and a few minutes after assigning us a table she mentioned that the restaurant was closed and we only could order a few items from the menu for room service. The four times we ate there, she was unwelcoming, and rude.

Friendly staff and lovely environment.

This hotel had everything we needed for our stay in Ushuaia. Also they had an extremely friendly and helpful staff, helping with tips about the city. Only downside was that there are no vegetables at all in the breakfast, we brougth our own tomatoes and cucumbers :) Great stay!

Excellent hotel and the service was brilliant from start to finish. I rocked up with a nice welcome, given lots of information about the surrounding area and how things worked. The room was big, WiFi worked fine and the breakfast was excellent. It’s dry close to the Main Street and only ten minutes from the port. Chances are if you’re in Ushuaia you’re going to Antarctica - the tour booked everyone in to Hitel Albatross and that’s just a ten minute walk away down the Main Street which I did with...

The hotel afforded fantastic views across the Beagle Channel and our room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff on reception were helpful in booking taxis to take us into town. We walked on our first day but felt the long trek uphill back to the hotel was a task too far!!!!! The staff in the restaurant were extremely welcoming and very attentive.

Central location on main shopping street and one block from waterfront. Very comfortable bed, good restaurant with views of mountains & sea.
