Room was spotless and all amenities were always filled. Staff was extremely courteous and I had no communication issues despite not speaking Japanese. The FamilyMart on the first floor was very convenient.

立地も良く館内も綺麗に整っていましたが、何よりも従業員さんの 対応が素晴らしかったです。フロントスタッフは外国出身のかたが多いのかなと思いますが、そのなかでもチェンさんという女性の方はチェックイン/アウトの際や外出の際に荷物を預けたりする際もとても対応が丁寧でハキハキと対応していただき好印象でした。
