"Gorgeous from the outside, and empty from within. The check in reception was frankly terrifying - zero warm welcome or comfort, simply demanding a passport and what we wanted. Well, I'd like to check into the room I booked. After filling out the forms, she literally threw the key at us and said that there was a pool and breakfast available - no showing us where any of this was. Went to our room to discover that it was actually OUTSIDE the hotel, after the front entrance, on the street. The room...

"O local é lindo, uma pousada na estrada de acesso à Colonia del Sacramento. Bom para quem está de carro, estacionamento aberto. As pessoa são muito simpáticas. O quarto em que ficamos possui acabamentos MUITO SIMPLES, tudo muito rústico, é completo com frigobar, ar condicionado, TV, banheiro privativo e Wi-Fi (não funcionou nada bem no nosso quarto), a cama um pouco desconfortável. O que nos incomodou bastante foi a limpeza, tanto do quarto quanto das áreas comuns, como a sala de refeições onde...

"Property was very comfortable, bathroom well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel along with towels. It's a shame maid service isn't included in the price as we stayed 3 nights and the bin in the toilet wasn't emptied at all in that time. I believe maid service is available for an extra cost. Very good location and very friendly staff. The external door bangs whenever people come in or out which isn't ideal if you're in the rooms at the front but this is also down to other guests not...
