front desk personnel were very polite and wonderful upon checkin and checkout. Place was clean. AC didn't cool quite as expected (and I did not mention/complain to front desk). All was great. Stayed there before when there for business and will stay again. parking was super easy !

Clean hotel and great staff, except they never answered the phone the 8 times called, and the ac heating didn't work in the freezing room. Also the water was freezing and never heated up. They will be on the phone immediately to charge you for a late departure though
