"The room was good. The service around the front desk was exceptional. The room housekeeping could have been better. Also, there were parts of the room that seemed unkept. Overall, good place to stay in Davao City. Hotel has very good access to shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel buffet was top notch. I recommend adding the buffet to your stay. "This is a very old building, that should be either completely remodeled or torn down. How this hotel gets a high rating for anyone makes no sense. It is a very low budget place on the level of a dirtbag hostel. I would never go back. They don’t even make coffee in the restaurant. It comes to you with a cup of hot water and some instant. I actually left after the first night, even though I had paid for two."
