"I would not choose to stay at this property again. Unfortunately, this experience also reminded me why I have not stayed with Hyatt in many years. While the room met basic standards, overall cleanliness was only adequate and fell short of expectations. One of the most disappointing aspects was the pool area. Seating was extremely limited—there appeared to be roughly one lounge chair for every six guests—making it nearly impossible to find a place to relax. During our stay, we had no opportunity to use a sun lounger. Additionally, many chairs were marked as “reserved” despite being unoccupied, which further reduced availability. Another concern was the persistent promotion of timeshare presentations. Although I declined this offer at check-in, I continue to receive follow-up emails. Respecting a guest’s initial response would greatly improve the overall experience, as repeated solicitations becomes intrusive. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and I would not return."

"First, this is an old, worn out hotel. Neither of the two deadbolts on the door of first room that we were in would work and the bottom hinge was broken. The door frame had not been repaired after it had been kicked in at some point in time. When I complained, management's first concern was that they would have to clean the room again, not that the door wasn't lockable. According to them, all of the doors don't work correctly. They finally put us another room. It was clean but everything showed it's age. Do yourself a favour and stay at a better maintained hotel."
