I didn't use the laundry facility. The restaurant is closed. But breakfast was delicious loved the servers flat whites w/ caramel 😋

Location was good and staff pleasant but property run down. Multiple lights not working, TV in bedroom not working. I stayed for 4 nights and room not serviced in that time. The room did have air conditioning which is unusual in Dunedin properties
