"The room looks dirty and old. Needs some improvements"

"Unfortunately we did not end up staying at this hotel. Upon checking in, we realized this was a franchise of Baymont. That should have been our first sign. Our room was okay - but the property is run down. The bathroom wasn't clean - smelled of urine & had hairs remaining around the bathtub. Then we found a bug in there. Combined with how loud the room is (someone would shut a door and the whole room would shake) and the train that kept running by, we grabbed our stuff and made a quick exit after about an hour or two. I will say the staff was very nice about the entire thing and seemed apologetic. I just found this hotel not to be up to a Wyndham's standards. Will not stay there again"

"Stayed Memorial Day weekend for a soccer tournament and brought our 2 dogs. They accommodated my request for early check in and the room was freshly cleaned. The bathtub/shower and toilet looked brand new. No issues during our stay. Pleasant and kind staff. There are many restaurants on the same street to choose from."

"Breakfast menu incomplete. The cinnamon rolls were gone and they had no more. No yogurt. The room was also incomplete. A king room with only a bed - one whole side of the room was empty. Three rooms they tried to give us were incomplete - boxes of materials of some kind were stacked in the rooms. We were given three separate rooms before finding a fourth. When we complained about the breakfast we were told they had a wedding and a soccer tournament. Never once said, we are sorry we did not plan better. These two events were certainly not surprises. The did give me some extra points but not many."
