"Chambres très propres et confortables. Service des employés excellents. Un peu déçue du déjeuner: l'espace est trop petit et très bruyant. C'est le même menu à tous les jours et il n'y a même pas de bacon ni de patates! Une seule sorte de yogourt et aucun fruit frais. Par contre, la bouffe était bonne! Finalement, la réservation de la piscine par bloc de ½ heure seulement, c'est dommage car elle est très agréable. Elle pourrait aussi fermer plus tard dans la mesure où il n'y a pas de sauveteurs de toute façon! Somme toute, c'est un bel hôtel, bien situé et j'y retournerait avec plaisir!"

"Location of the property was great for exploring the old part of the city. The location of two restaurants on site, a coffee shop bar and convenience store was a nice addition. The view is great. It’s a bit dated. Parking underground is tight but convenient."

"The staff were all so incredibly polite and helpful. There was a leak in the front lobby ceiling, but it looks like it just happened the same day we checked in. They had workers in looking at it. Our room was so clean and absolutely adorable!! We were on the main floor and had 2 separate rooms with a sitting room in between. It was a close walk to all the heart of Old Quebec City, and we didn’t need to drive at all while we were there. There were many little restaurants surrounding and I honestly wish that I had booked a longer stay!! I would definitely bring your own shampoo if you’re picky because it’s the typical hotel body/hair washing gel. My daughter didn’t mind it, but I’m a bit pickier lol. There is limited parking, but there is a parking lot that is only a 3-5min walk away. It was surprisingly quiet and we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend!!"
