"Les service impeccable ainsi que le restaurant ce qui m’a déplu nous avions demandé une chambre avec terrasse avec vue sur le jardin et nous étions face a la salle a mangé où les grand groupe sont donc assis sur notre terrasse on regardais les gens manger plus ou moins s agréable"

"Our observations, not opinions- Room phone not working. Pool jacuzzi jet control could not be not found by lifeguard. Room lighting poor at dressing area. Tub type shower claustrophobic. TP extremely cheap. No proper TV shows for English speakers. Entrance area congestion due to 2nd front door in disrepair."

"We stayed at Unilofts Grande Allee two nights in mid-May of 2026. This is one of those old townhouses converted into a hotel. We stayed on the first floor, a very large room with a very high ceiling, with windows toward the street. Very clean and comfortable. Very good location, it's next to the Plains of Abraham, and perhaps a 20 minutes stroll to Old Quebec. That part of Grande Allee has a bohemian vibe, was my impression. They have a few parking places behind the building, but you are not guaranteed a spot. However it you find a spot it's free. I don't think the front desk is open 24/7, but when somebody was there, they were helpful."
