"I gave mostly 4 stars in every rating, the staff would’ve gotten 5 stars but the black woman at the front desk was quite rude and ignorant to my friend and another person in the lobby so we left and I was going to cancel my reservations but I thought maybe I should get her name and make a complaint first. However, I’m assuming her shift was over because when I went back there was a different person at the desk by the name of Paul, and his courtesy, manners and exceptional customer service skills made my day and changed my mind about staying. The other review that I gave 1 or 2 stars for was becasue the place was under going reservations in the front foyer. Also, I wasn’t informed about the pool not being able to be used until after I checked into the hotel and I feel these issues should be made aware on any/every website that they are selling rooms through.
