"Looks like very much historical building. And quite clean room which have a all kitchen utility. But no bottle of water or water fountain at all."

"Efficient and seamless check-in. Room was situated next to neighbouring day care center which was noisy and loud. We had to keep our sliding door shut to reduce noise and couldn't enjoy outdoor seating due to loud noise from machinery in the nearby rooms. Carpark is conveniently situated next to rooms. Everything was clean and spotless."

"Central location so convenient. Check in process was initially a little disappointing as the reception staff person ignored us totally for about 10 minutes while she dealt with another customer. There was no acknowledgment of our presence during this time. While understanding she was busy it would have been courteous to have just acknowledged that we had arrived and that she would be with us soon. Also for the very first time we were expected to provide drivers licence details as well as a credit card. Another staff member, obviously finishing her shift then decided to pleasantly check us in…thank you otherwise we could have been waiting for another significant amount of time. Our unit was basically clean, although the fan blades were very dirty and the external balcony quite mouldy. The bed was comfortable but the fan light did not work and the TV proved difficult/impossible to turn on. The room was dated. Overall our only disappointing booking this trip."
