"We loved staying here in one of the log cabins! Very accommodating staff with lots of facilities. Restaurants and breakfast were wonderful and loved exploring the surrounding area. Only downsides would be the spa area - water very cold small pool more ideal for children than adults. Also the hotel charges entry for music / club nights which is discouraging. "

Even when in the morning we was roasting hot and had receptionist checking on us as fire alarm went off.. sauna didnt switched off from the evening before..they send someone to fix it it was just a perfect place. "The arrival by gondola was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was excellent, sauna was hot & spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also loved having a balcony, and saw the northern lights from the Sky Bar! 10/10 would stay here again"
