"I left some important information in the room. I called an hour and a half later after leaving and they would have to find it and hold it until I retrieved it. I was very grateful Parking was my only issue. I didn’t understand that you had to plan for parking ahead of time. Maybe this could be made clear when booking a room and also being able to choose front or side or back of building would be greatly appreciated for whatever is available."

"The room was fine for my wife and I, with a fridge and coffee machine, plus a good TV. It was clean, with extra blankets and pillows. Another larger garbage can in the room itself would be useful as the bathroom wastebasket was small and quickly filled, but that’s a very minor detail. The staff were friendly upon checking in. It’s a good location for day tripping along the South Shore, and the upper deck has a gorgeous harbour view."
