Mixed feelings

On one hand, the accommodation itself is perfect, with everything you need, clean and modern. Also the breakfast is amazing. On the other hand, we did not enjoy our experience overall because of the management of the place. It starts by some misleading pictures and description on hotels.com since at no point you can be aware that you can book one of the house which has a view on a wall. All the pictures show amazing views. So we were a bit disappointed (see picture below which is the view from our terrace) and when feedbacking nicely to the owner he just stated that this is the house we booked so that's the one we get. There is no mention of which house number you book on hotels.com to this date and all pictures are the same. When I mentioned this to him, he just replied we should not have booked through hotels.com since he "never had a reservation since 2015" and therefore he didn't bother updating this channel. And for the view, we just "have to look on the left". Long story short - you cannot know which house you'll have but if you have #01 you can expect the below view. This weird attitude was repeated during our stay which made us feel unwelcome.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und eine schöne Aussicht!! Die große Terasse. ..und vor allem die "Schwebeliege" sind ein Hit!!

Sehr ruhige Gegend, genau richtig zum Entspannen...ca 10 Fahrminuten von der Therme Loipersdorf entfernt...genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Perfekter Service...Auch auf ungewöhnliche Wünsche wurde eingegangen... Das gebuchte "Häuschen" war sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet... Wandermöglichkeiten sowie Buschenschänke in der Nähe...jederzeit wieder
