Right at the border to the neighbouring municipality lies the Water Tower of Unterhaching. The tower radiates the same yellow colour as the church, was built in 1905 and fully refurbished in 1999. With its bright red tiled roof, it presents the perfect backdrop for a holiday photo — especially in the sunshine.

The nature park impresses with a size of 126 hectares and was created on the former runway of the air base Neubiberg. The idea was to create new opportunities for leisure activities and recreation. The best place for a dip into the lake is the public beach pool in Starnberg. Ample parking, table tennis, sunbeds, and a pier from which you can jump right into the water, await.
