"I went for a little walk and I received a text message from the front desk asking how I was doing and if I needed anything to just either message or call them!"

"There was no staff to find to get breakfast. We booked a queen suite with a jacuzzi and balcony but when we arrived we were given a ground level so had to upgrade (cost was $239 more) We have stayed there 4 times in the past with excellent service, but this time it was a huge waste of money! Even left a message for them to call back before booking but no one called back. We will definitely think about staying somewhere else when staying in the beautiful town of Callander!!! I will keep trying to get a hold of someone from the place to try to resolve the upgrade charge, because the room I booked we have stayed in before."

"Patio doors hardly slide. Tough to open. Card pads for back door and fitness center are not operational."

"Utensils are included. Everythong is clean. We needed to do our laundry, they do not have it but Vim was like, let me call up my buddy 😊 but we decided not to do it anyway. Still, he was helpful."
