"The room was beautifully clean with all amenities you could need. When checking in the staff were lovely despite having a large tourist group ahead of us, I was seen quickly. We visited the pool which was lovely but very busy. It’s the only down side I would say. We had to queue to get into the hottub and then it was cramped with multiple other guests. We had drinks in the hotel bar and again the staff were wonderful. Walking distance to the centre, we went for a walk and some lovely local restaurants near by. Breakfast was very good with a large choice of food including freshly made omelettes and the dining room was bright and comfortable."

"Very noisy room so was unable to sleep - eventually changed room and then staff started dragging furniture above me in the early hours for around an hour before I had to phone down to reception to find out what was going on. Her reply was..oh that’s my colleague moving furniture!!! What at 2am!!!? Pipes banging when other rooms use toilet or shower. No apologises from staff, no nothing - worse hotel I’ve stayed at. Couldn’t even get into the bar as there was a private function going on so no access allowed. Breakfast was terrible and there’s an awful fake smell in the hotel too, they use some kind of plugged in scent machine on each floor which literally catches in your throat. The staff are all stressed out, I even said to one while I was checking in if he’d had a bad day as it was so obvious they couldn’t cope. Don’t be fooled by the photos online of the hotel, it’s nothing like it. If you can stay somewhere else do it as I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Staff at the front desk is unpleasant. When I booked my mom‘s the room I immediately texted the hotel that all is paid incl. breakfast and that mom should not be asked for any additional money at the time of checking in etc. Of course nobody „remember“ and the receptionist was adamant with the request that my mom pays upfront for bar use either 500zl or 100zl. Mom called me; I then talked over the phone with the receptionist and he still was pressing upfront payout incl. that he could send the link to pay to me. I was livid at that point. I asked to speak with the manager and mentioned that it is again the same story at this hotel. Eventually my mom signed the document that she will not be using anything from the room‘s bar. What the hotel did later was below 4-5 star hotel - they came and remove the room bar. I have never and my mom too, been treated at the top rated hotels like that. We will never stay in or recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Absolutely fantastic location. Very attractive setting. No bottled water in the rooms. Staff seemed polite but uninterested in extending themselves. The elevators only semi-functional/reliable."
