Before coming, I was honestly a little nervous because I had read some negative reviews, but please ignore them — our experience was completely different and exceeded our expectations. The service is truly what makes this hotel so special. Every single person we interacted with was lovely, welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. The staff really made us feel taken care of throughout our entire stay. Even though there is only one restaurant, the food was great! There was something different every day, so it never felt repetitive, and we really enjoyed everything we tried. Overall, the combination of the incredible service, wonderful staff, great food, and relaxing atmosphere made this a 5/5 stay for us. I would absolutely recommend The House and would happily stay here again. If you’re nervous because of some of the reviews like I was, don’t be — we had a wonderful experience!"

"The check-in was amazing - thank you for your warm welcome, Beverly! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. We loved having the beach within a 3-4 minute walk from the property. The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is a bit dated. However, the daily cleaning service was great! The area around the property and leading to the beach is a bit dirty. But you can't beat the value of this place! Paradise Beach is one of the very best in Barbados and to have this property so close to it made up for the surrounding area not being perfect. "
